Karen Pape, MAI, SRA is President of the firm
and has been involved with real estate for 23 years. She is qualified
to serve as an expert witness in a variety of courts in the Central Virginia
area, and she is currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Virginia
Commonwealth Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is a Regional Representative
for that organization.
